1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may return any artwork within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- The artwork must be in its original condition with no damage, alterations, or signs of wear.
- The item must be in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at [email address] within 14 days of receiving the artwork, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you instructions on how to return the product, including the return address.
- You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If the artwork arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.
- We will either offer a replacement, or a full refund, including the cost of shipping, based on your preference.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or commissioned artwork cannot be returned or exchanged, as these pieces are created specifically for you.
- Gift cards are also non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the artwork for another piece, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your original purchase. Exchanges will be processed once the original artwork has been returned in its original condition.
7. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the artwork was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
8. International Returns
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges incurred during the return process are your responsibility.
